Contactless visitor management using Mobile App & QR code

Complacency has no place in our continuous battle against the coronavirus pandemic. We now face the reality of living with the virus but managing it carefully to ensure it does not spiral out of control. 

Our e-Tools Visitor Management (eVM) system is now complemented by the eVisitor Mobile App to provide you with a completely contactless solution.  The eVisitor Mobile App is free to download and use.

People First Healthcare addresses growing community needs and rapid expansion, streamlining client information with nimble solutions

People First Healthcare (PFH) is a registered provider of Home Care Packages, CHSP and NDIS, with a focus on meeting the unique needs of the elderly multicultural demographic in the Northern and Western suburbs of Melbourne, particularly the Arabic community group.  

Location, demographics and industry changes led to a rising demand for in-home care services and PFH's growth. With a background as an optometrist, Dr. Mohammed  also realised the increasing need for in-home care services in other parts of the community. This saw the opening of PFH’s new location in Roxburgh Park and PFH recently spread its wings as far as Western Sydney.

It was important from the beginning for Mohammed and his team to find a software provider that was capable of scaling up with them, one that had the right amount of experience to assist them in navigating the complex nature of aged and community care compliance requirements. Read full story here...

Improved Payment Arrangements (IPA) for Home Care

Home Care providers have a significant task of preparing for the new funding arrangements. Providers need to be aware that without the right systems and setup, they may find themselves negatively impacted moving forward.

We've had the privilege of working closely with Services Australia; with this first-hand knowledge and our industry experience, we've been able to guide clients through the transition via regular IPA updates.  

Our eHCP (Home Care Package) and e-REC (Reconciliation) software applications will work together to meet the new requirements, including direct data upload to the Department portal when that becomes available. Meet Abdul Waheed, Software Developer at e-Tools Software. 

Interesting fact: In his previous professional role, Waheed spent several years in Albury, where he enjoyed a taste of country life. Waheed and his family relocated to metropolitan Melbourne and now savour what this multi-cultural city has to offer.

Waheed is a friendly face around our office and is always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. We are privileged to have Waheed as part of our team, as he comes with extensive software development experience. His commitment to the role is exemplary and he is a large contributor to the ongoing development of our software.
