With the e-Tools Mobile App, you have a powerful tool to help you manage your community care workforce.- Mobile access to tasks and client info.
- Make updates and record notes.
- Record travel and start/finish times.
- Respond quickly to changes to staff availability or client service delivery.
The Mobile App is due for release late March 2020.

HR Management and Tasking made easy for you | |
Ensure your staff skills and qualifications records are up to date.
The upcoming eHRM application will provide you with a reliable and accountable staff records management system. It will also include a Police Checks register with renewal alerts.
The Tasking Module within eHRM will help with efficient staff tasking. Set up tasks based on relevant staff skills/qualifications and clients' service delivery schedules.
Tasks can also be accessed via mobile devices, powered by the e-Tools Mobile Application.

e-Tools Web Applications: Important system requirement change | |
In preparation for the release of the Mobile App and eHRM, the system requirements for all our web applications will change.
All of our web applications will require .NET Framework 4.5.
.NET Framework 4.5 has been around for a while and used by many other applications, and if Windows Updates are enabled on your web server, then it is highly likely this is already installed. However, we recommend that you have your IT team check that .NET 4.5 or higher is installed.
Please make appropriate changes to your web servers by the end of March 2020 to ensure you have uninterrupted access to the web applications.

eNDIS Claims Module - Monitor your claims status | |
The eNDIS Claims Module will be available soon for eNDIS users.
The Claims Module is designed to help you monitor your claims status. It checks your claims and identifies and details any rejections. This provides you with the opportunity to follow up rejections in a timely manner, to improve your outcomes.
The Claims Module will be an add-on for existing eNDIS users for a small fee. Please enquire for more details.

Jenny Burley, our newly appointed National Sales Manager, celebrated a milestone birthday this week.
Congratulations to Jenny on her new appointment and for reaching a milestone birthday!
Jenny has been with e-Tools since its inception. With years of experience under her belt, she is able to recognise what your business needs and customise a solution to meet those specific requirements. This includes a detailed consulting and/or training plan in relation to software use, compliance management and improving viability.
